Mass Db2 Recovery with Db2 12 UpdatesThe challenge of mass Db2 recovery is overwhelming and challenging but rarely is tested. Disaster Recovery testing often occurs multiple times a calendar year but local recovery testing especially mass application recovery rarely is tested. Statistically speaking mass Db2 recovery will happen more frequently than an actual disaster but most organizations are not properly prepared to execute a mass local recovery. This session will go through the process of planning, preparing and executing a mass Db2 recovery. The ultimate goal is to plan, prepare and be proactive rather than being non-prepared reactive when a mass Db2 recovery is needed to be executed.
